Once submitted the text can not be edited.
Formatting is preserved(e.g. new lines).
No markup or special characters. Everything will be treated as text.
Violating service terms will lead to account locking.
Article owner can delete all comments.
Comments with replies are not deleted.
The original reporter and the article owner can mark the report as resolved.
No further replies are accepted for resolved reports.
